A free fundraising day that your students will remember forever
We create memories with music. It’s a fun process that involves recording songs with your students to create an album that can be sold by your school to raise funds.
Below is what you can expect when working with us and some more information on how our day will positively impact your school and students.
Orchestrating your day
The first step is to arrange a date for us to visit your school by picking a day that’s convenient for you and enough time to generate interest among parents.
Once the day is booked, we work with you to plan what music will be recorded. You can record any songs you like and to help we provide a list of the most popular songs previously selected. We have backing tracks & lyric sheets for each one ready to go!
We give you the flexibility to create an album that symbolises the spirit of your school.
Raising funds for your school
The recording day is offered at no cost. The school’s only requirement is a minimum order of 50 Songbooks, (read about Songbooks here). The more copies you purchase, the lower the price per unit, which increases the school’s fundraising potential. For a detailed breakdown of the costings and what you will earn click here.
You don’t need to decide how many to order until after the recording has taken place. The reason for this is more orders will come through as your pupils take home their certificates and tell their families all about their new found talent!
Drumming interest
We’ll work with you to promote your album. We provide expertly crafted letter templates for you to send out to parents to create awareness. The more awareness we create, the more funds we’ll be able to raise.
We also engage students by providing artwork templates for creating cover designs, with the winning design featured on the cover.
However, everyone is a champion after a day with us. Each student gets their own glossy certificate!
Making your voice heard
We’ll arrive at your school by 8:30am on the recording day and ready to record by 9am. Our team members are DBS checked and bring certification.
Ideally, we’ll use your school hall for recording, but a classroom can also work.
Our professional audio engineers use state of the art recording equipment to capture the voices of your students. The music we record is then taken into our recording studio where we move on to the next stage.
Creating a radio worthy album
After recording, we mix and master the music, ensuring it sounds as good as commercial recordings. We’ll copyright the music on your behalf and process it as a digital album.
Each copy is redeemed through a unique code, allowing for one-time download and unlimited streaming. The code is presented in a Songbook that includes the track-listing, student artwork, puzzles, and more. Click here to see an example!
